Warranty - 1 year warranty based on sensible use and each bat is reviewed on a bat by bat bases. We will either repair or replace where applicable under warranty, we offer support not just for the first year but for the life time of bat so you can call or email anytime.
You will recieve a bat preparation letter informing you on how to prepare your bat for usage. Please follow the recommendations as damage through normal use or neglect is not covered, as you may well expect.
For Example: Edges damaged through mistimed shots, water damage, toe damage from Yorkers, use of hard poor quality balls etc are not covered but can be repaired.
